摘要
光纤传播模型可以用非线性薛定谔方程描述,本文介绍了求解此方程的数值方法(分步傅立叶法).一般情况下,脉冲沿光纤传播时受到色散和非线性效应的共同作用,而分步傅立叶法假设当传播距离很小时二者是相互独立作用的.文章还介绍了数值模拟时脉冲形状、相位、啁啾、频谱的计算方法.
The fiber propagation model can be described by the nonlinear Schrdinger equation. In this paper, a numerical approach (split-step Fourier method) for solving the equation is discussed. In general, dispersion and nonlinearity act together along the fiber. The split-step Fourier method assumes that when the optical field propagates over a small distance , the dispersive and nonlinear effects act independently. The numerical approaches for calculating the shape, phase, chirp, frequency spectrum of the pulse which needed in numerical simulation are also included in the paper.
