摘要
目的 :探讨肾脏病病人头发中微量元素 Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca与其肾功能之间的关系。方法 :用原子吸收光谱分析法测定 64例肾脏病病人头发中微量元素 ,同时测定其肾功能 ,进行对比分析。结果 :肾脏病病人头发中四种微量元素均较正常人有不同程度的降低。结论 :肾脏病病人以肾功能不全失代偿期各种微量元素降低最为明显。Zn、Cu、Fe。
Objective: To explore the relations of trace elements (Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca) in the hair of kidney patients and their renal function. Methods: Measured trace\|elements in the hairs of 64 kidney patients by atomic absorption spectroscopy, meanwhile, these patients\' renal function being determined, comparing with and analysing the both. Results: Four kinds of hair trace elements of kidney patients are lower than normal people in different levels. Conclusion: Each trace elements are the lowest level in the period of renal failure. The levels of Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca are decreasing with renal function receding increasingly.\;
