摘要
采用数值模拟方法分析了火灾中钢管混凝土受热且顶部发生对流换热时的温度场分布 .针对非线性二维非稳态导热模式 ,采用了不同的网格划分和时间步长 ,将整个计算区域用交替隐式的迭代方法 (ADI)进行了计算 ,确定了圆钢管混凝土内部温度场的分布及温度的特征直径 ,并得到钢管表面温度及混凝土中心温度随钢管外径变化的曲线 .将计算结果与试验及理论结果比较 ,曲线拟合较好 .
In this paper, numerical simulation method is adopted to calculate temperature fields of concrete filled steel tubes under high temperature and natural convection heat transfer on the top. As the result of nonlinear and twodimensional unsteady heat transfer, different grid divisions and time steps are applied to determine the temperature field distribution and characteristic diameter in concrete filled cylindric steel tubes under the alternative direction iteration method (ADI). The curves of surface temperature of the circle steel tubes and center temperature of concrete with changed outside steel diameter are also obtained. The results conform to the experimental and theoretical results.
