摘要
通过双补散胶囊对糖尿病大鼠血清果糖胺,空腹血糖及血清胰岛素影响的实验观察,结果表明:双补散胶囊与优降糖均有良好的降低空腹血糖和血清果糖胺作用,且双补散胶囊组优于优降糖组(P<0.05)。双补散胶囊不但有良好的降糖效果,还可以改善胰岛功能,增加血清胰岛素含量,改善胰岛B细胞功能。
The results showed that the 'Suangbusan' capsule and Glyburide can low the contents of FMN and FBG obviously, but also the effects of 'Suangbusan' capsule was better than the effects ofGlyburide by the observation on the influence of 'Suangbusan' capsule on the contents of FMN, FBG and IRI of mice with diabetes. (P<0.05) The 'Suangbusan' capsule not only lowed the contents of FMN and FBG, but also improved the function of islet, increased the contents of IRI, improved the function of islet B cell.
