摘要
研制了一种常压立式储罐声学检测仪 ,该仪器为板卡式结构 ,可将其直接插入工业计算机总线插槽 ;在软硬件设计中引入了新技术与新器件 ,以提高声源信号的处理速度及声源的定位精度 .为便于系统扩展 ,每块板卡上至少有2个通道 ,最多可扩展为 3 2个通道 .应用该仪器可处理多种常规的声学参数 ,还可进行罐底三维定位以及多种声学参数相关分布的确定 .与国外同类产品相比 ,在三维图形显示、系统扩展、升级及价格等方面具有优势 .
A new structure system is introduced to this apparatus, a number of new techniques and parts are introduced, processing velocity and orientation precision of acoustic sources are improved. The system is easy to apply. The number of channels ranges from 2 to 32. This apparatus is capable of presenting 3D orientation figure of tank floor and acoustic parameters charts, as well as processing many types of acoustic parameters. It also has some other properties such as powerful capacity, large memory, small cubage, etc.. Compared with its foreign conterparts, it the has advantages in system, software, price, etc..
