摘要
分析了松辽盆地大庆长垣杏树岗油田北部地区构造特征和油水井套管损坏分布状况 ,认为地层倾角大的地区在层间压差较大及浸水域形成后 ,油水井套管所承受的剪切力增大 ,易发生套损 ;相同开发条件下油水井套损率与地层倾角呈线性关系 ;断层面进水局部产生滑移 ,断层的分布交杂区易形成异常高压 ,导致断层附近易发生套损 .提出了注水井排与断层上升盘夹角的三角区、断层走向与注水井排近于平行的窄条带区、两条相交断层开口端被注水井封闭区是易产生套损的地区 ,给出了预防套管损坏的措施 .
According to the status of casing sheer and the structural characteristics of northern Xingshugang Oilfield in Daqing Changyuan of Songliao Basin, it is proposed that wells in areas of high dip angle sustain bigger sheering force under higher pressier differences between layers and the formation of water flooded areas can be easily demaged. Fault face moves relatively after being contaminated by water, areas with complex faults distribution can easily cause abnormal high pressure thus can cause casing sheer easily. This areas are triangle area between injection well lines and uplifting section of faults, narrow bells between fault azimutior and injection well lines, and the open end of twe jointer faults that are sealed by injection wells.
