摘要
为了提高慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效,自拟黄芪二至丸治疗气阴两虚型慢性肾炎蛋白尿16例,方由黄芪、女贞子、旱莲草、桔梗、白茅根、生地榆、坤草、甘草组成,随症略有加减。临床以尿内蛋白改善情况及高倍镜下红细胞消失情况为观察指标。结果:完全缓解9例,基本缓解3例,好转2例,无效2例。为中医药治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿在辨证用药方面提供了有效的疗法。
In order to improve the curative effect of chronic rephritis proteinuria, the writer treated patients (16 cases) with 'Hungqierzhi' pill made by himself.The prescription consisted of Astragulus 50g, Glossy privet fruit 20g, Fclipta 20g, Platycodi 10g, fresh Sanguisorbue 20g, Imperatae 50g, Motherwort 20g, and Liquorice 10g, modefying it according to the changes of symptoms. The observation indexes were the improvement of proti uria, the disappearence of RBC under the high power lens. The results, 9 cases got better obviously, 3 cases got better, 2 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective. It provided the effective metbod for the treatment of chronic nephritis protinuria with chinese medicine.
