摘要
高血压病属祖国医学眩晕、头痛等病的范畴。以肝风内动、上扰清窍为其主要病机。本文所述多为第二期高血压病,以头晕、头痛、头胀、耳鸣、眼花、失眠、颈项板紧等为主要临床表现,分肝阳上亢、阴虚阳亢、肝肾阴虚、痰浊上扰、血淤痰阻和肾阳虚衰等六型辨证论治,均获良好疗效。
