摘要
根据水性环氧清漆和色漆配方设计的特殊性 ,研究了水性环氧体系与各种助剂的相容性、环氧基与胺氢的摩尔比、环氧树脂的相对分子质量、颜填料的种类和颜料体积浓度对水性环氧清漆和色漆性能的影响 ,以及水性环氧体系的固化机理及其适用期。
According to the characteristics of waterborne epoxy resin varnish and paint, the influences of the compatibility of waterborne epoxy resin system and various additives, mol ratio of epoxy group and hydrogen in amine, molecular weight of epoxy resin, varieties of pigments and fillers, and pigment volume concentration on performance of the varnish and paint, and the curing mechanism and pot life of waterborne epoxy system were studied.
