介绍了新型绿色表面活性剂烷基葡萄糖酰胺的独特性能 ,如表面张力、临界胶束浓度、泡沫性能、去污力、Krafft点、溶液性能、生物降解性和毒性等。详细阐述了国内外对烷基葡萄糖酰胺合成工艺研究的进展、目前存在的主要问题及发展动力 。
The special properties of a novel green surfactant al kyl polyglucoside amide were introduced, such as surface tension, critical mice l le concentration(CMC), foaming, detersive power, Krafft point, dissolubility, bi ological degradability and toxicity. The progress of synthesis, the main prob lem s existed at present and development momentum on alkyl polyglucoside amide w ere reviewed in detail. This review indicated that the green surfactant was fut ure d evelopment trend of alkyl polyglucoside amide.
