摘要
实验考察了用于深部调剖的地下交联成胶聚合物水溶液体系的组成。所用聚合物HPAM分子量8.25×106,水解度30.2%;用蒸馏水配制溶液;在不同时间(最长45d)测定体系60℃下的粘度。从3种酚和3种醛中选用苯酚+甲醛为交联剂。HPAM/苯酚/甲醛体系(1000+400+400mg/L,pH=7.5)成胶时间为20d,凝胶粘度低,稳定性差。在该体系中加入一种柠檬酸铝盐,在Al3+浓度为50~80mg/L时,体系成胶时间15d,最高粘度达1.0×105mPa·s,可稳定存在20d以上。加入AlCl3的该体系不能成胶。选定HPAM/苯酚/甲醛/柠檬酸铝盐体系的组成(mg/L)为800+400+400+50(以Al3+计),考察影响因素,发现该体系的适用温度在60℃左右,适用pH值范围在7.0~7.5,矿化度6390mg/L的环境下成胶性能大体不变。表6参3。
The composition of insitu crosslinking/gelling polymer solution for indepth permeability profile control is studied experimentally. The polymer HPAM used has M=8.25×106 and HD=30.2%; the solution is prepared with distilled water; the viscosity of the gelling solution is determined at 60℃ in different time up to 45 d. Phenol+formaldehy de are selected as crosslinker from 3 phenols and 3 aldehydes. HPAM/phenol/formaldehyde solution (1 000+400+400 mg/L, pH=7.5) gelates in 20 days and the gelled solution is of low viscosity and poor stability. With a Al salt of citric acid (Al3+ concentration 50 and 80 mg/L) introduced the solution above mentioned gelates in 15 days and the gelled solution gets the highest viscosity of 1.0×105 mPa·s and maintains stable in >20 days. The same solution with AlCl3 added does not form gel. The influencing factors for the HPAM/phenol/formaldehyde/Al salt of citric acid solution of composition in mg/L 800+400+400+50 (as Al3+) are investigated and it is shown that the gelling solution can be used at ~60℃ and pH range 7.0-7.5 only and its performane does not change much in the medium of water salinity 6 390 mg/L.
