摘要
为了研究复合钢板复板中残余应力的大小和分布状况,采用改进的盲孔法,即在测点打孔后多次扩孔,利用相似标定实验所得多组应变释放系数计算残余应力,可得不同深度残余应力的估算值。实测结果与定性分析结果吻合。测试结果还表明,复合钢板复层内存在残余庆力,且以拉-拉和拉-压应力状态为主,应力沿厚度方向非均匀分布,随深度增加应力增大,最大应力位于结合面附近,应力值超过100MPs。
Improvement to the conventional blind-hole drilling method has been done to measure residual stress in clad layer of steel clad plate welded with explosive. The improvement was the following: repeating(2~3) times reaming and measuring after the first drilling at the given position, then calculating the residual stress with the measuring results and strain-relaxation coefficients of corresponding calibration test. As results of this process the residual stress distribution along the depth was obtained. From the testing result with two-phase stainless steel 00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2 as clad layer of a steel clad plate, it has been shown satisfactory coincidence with the quatitative analysis and measuring results of Ni-Cr steel clad by other researcher.
