摘要
为了改善常规螺杆泵的使用性能和提高其系统效率，开发研究了等壁厚定子螺杆泵。国内外等壁厚定子螺杆泵的研究与应用表明，与常规螺杆泵相比等壁厚定子螺杆泵具有以下优点：（1）良好的散热特性，提高了泵的工作寿命；（2）均匀的橡胶膨胀，提高了泵的工作稳定性；（3）单级承压高，提高了系统效率；（4）可提高泵效，降低采油成本，具有良好的技术经济指标。这种螺杆泵的技术关键是定子泵筒的加工工艺及焊接问题。
In order to improve the service performance and to enhance the system efficiency of the conventional progressive cavity pump, a progressive cavity pump with uniform-thickness elastomer stator is developed. Research and application of this pump at home and abroad shows that, it has the following advantages compared with the conventional pump: (1) high thermal diffusivity improving the service life of the pump; (2) uniform rubber expansion improving the stability of the pump in operation; (3) high pressure bearing capacity improving the system efficiency; (4) high pump efficiency reducing production cost. The key technique of this kind of pump lies in the machining technology and welding of the stator barrel.
