摘要
研制的FL1 60型超重力场脱氧装置主要由机座、壳体、传动部分、电动机、顶罩、转动体总成、润滑部分、机械密封组件等组成。装置的工作原理是通过天然气和海水气液两相的逆流接触 ,实现气液两相的传质 ,将海水中氧气溶入天然气中 ,使海水中的氧含量降至规定的指标。两台装置在胜利油田埕岛二号平台近 2年的运转表明 ,这种超重力场脱氧装置与传统的塔器脱氧装置相比 ,具有体积小、质量轻、流程简单、脱氧效果好。
The structure and the operating principle of the device are described. Operatio n on the No.2 platform in Chengdao Oilfield for 2 years shows that the device ha s good performance with small size and light weight, and the running cost is low .
