摘要
赵东区块初期开发工程主要包括ODA钻井平台和OPA生产平台,其中ODA是目前国内建造的最大最重的平台,平台桩基不设导管架,施工难度大。本文根据项目特点,以ODA为例着重介绍了大型固定式海上平台的陆上整体预制、称重、滑移装船、海上运输、海上打桩和整体海上就位施工方案、方法、设施、程序和要求,并阐述了海上运输的应急措施和就位安装注意事顶。实践证明,运用该整体化建造技术建造海上大型平台,可缩短海上安装时间,减少海上气候的影响,降低施工风险。不仅适应于浅海平台制造,更适合深海水域大型平台建造。
Zhaodong piece development projects of initial stage include the ODA platform of well drilling and OPA production platform mainly, in which, ODA is the biggest most heavy platform of present domestic platfomrs, it' s stake base does not set up conduit to put up, construction difficulty is big. According to project characteristic, taking ODA for example, overall aspects have been introduced such as prefabrication on land, weight, slip shipment, marine transportation, piling and installation of large scale marine platform including overall program of construction, method, facility , program and requirements. The emergency measures of marine transportation and notice items for installation are also included.
