改变现行辅助运输系统及其装备

摘要 大屯矿区是一个新建矿区,现有三对矿井生产,还有三对矿井也将投产。矿井的机械化程度较高。回采以综采为主,掘进以装载机械化为主,现正开始发展以煤巷掘进机为主的综合掘进机械化。原煤运输,两个矿以皮带运输机为主,一个矿以架线机车轨道运输为主;辅助运输系统,仍停留在多段绞车,小蓄电池机车,多环节倒运的局部机械化阶段。虽然,这几年增添了许多小绞车、 the fully mechanized mining has developed greatly since Datun Coal and Electricity Inc. of the Ministry of Coal Industry was put into production in 1977. However, the backward conventional method was still used in auxiliary transport, which resulted in little improvement in overall economic effectiveness of the mine. The author of this paper has analyzed mechanized mining and its related indices. He proves the necessity of simultaneous development of mechanized mining and mechanized auxiliary transport. The author has mainly studied mine efficiency. He considers one of the keys to a better overall efficiency is to improve auxiliary transport system and to reduce the number of operators. Based on a study on daily operational activities, the author points out that moving of face installation for a fully mechanized faces is voluminous. In average, about 22,104 t.km is necessary for producing every 1 million tons of coal. It is obvious that conventional rail transport system, e.g. mines cars, material cars and flat-bed cars, can not satisfy the need; judging from the economic effectiveness of auxiliary system itself, 2.46 million Yuan Rmb was invested for renewal of 570 auxiliary transport facilities in the past three years in this mine area.Expenses of material for the existing auxiliary system was also high each year. Based on estimation of two mines, the cost of materials accounted for 6.9% and 6.3% of the raw coal cost respectively. Finally, based on the analysis, the major trends of auxiliary transport system in large-, medium-, and small-sized mines are dealt with. The author considers that mono-rail with diesel engines is suitable for fully mechanized mining district, and trapped rail cars driven by endless cable and hydraulic hoisters is the major trends of development for auxiliary transport in mechanized mines.
