摘要
用150ppm的2,3-环氧丙酸钾喷施大豆植株,能明显地影响叶片和叶绿体的荧光特性。实验结果表明,2,3-环氧丙酸钾能提高大豆叶片潜在的光合作用量子转化效率,提高叶绿体的PSⅡ活性和原初光能转化效率。在外加Mg^2+的作用下,它提高PsⅡ与PS I相对荧光强度的比值。这些结果进一步说明,2,3-环氧丙酸钾在大豆生产上有一定应用前景。
Abstract The fluorescence characteristics of leaves and chloroplasts were obviously influenced by spraying soybean plants with ISOppm potassium 2,3-epoxypropionate (2, 3-COPA). The experimental results indicated that the efficiency of potential photosynthetic quantum conversion of a leaf and the activity and the efficiency of primary conversion of light energy of PSII were enhanced by pretrcatment with 2, 3-COPA. In addition, the ratio of relative Mg2+ was enhanced by prctreatment with 2, 3-COPA. The results further showed that 2,3-COPA would be possessed of some prospect for practical application to soybean production.
