摘要
叙述了电阻温度系数为9%(±0.2%)的缓变型BaCO_3-TiO_2高精度PTC陶瓷的原理和研制过程,并就其选料、配方、预处理、成型、烧结、测试等工艺过程进行了详细的论述,有助于对高精度BaCO_3-TiO_2PTC陶瓷进一步研究。
In this paper, the theory and manufacturing process of BaCO3-TiO2 PTC ceramics is described. PTC ceramics, which we discuss in this paper, is a high precision, slowly changed type and its resistance-temperature coefficient is 9%, Choosing material, burden, pretreatment, shaping, sintering, testing, etc., all these techmological process are discussed in detail in this paper, which helps us go further study on the high precision BaCO3-TiO2 PTC ceramics.
