摘要
本文讨论了镁离子在植物光合作用中的重要作用.它促进光合膜的垛叠,调节光系统Ⅱ和光系统I之间激发能的分配,提高PSⅡ活性、光合作用的原初光能转化效率和光合电子传递速率,同时促进光合作用的碳代谢等等.
Important role of magnesium ion in pknt photosynthesis were discussed in this pa-per . Magnesium ion could promote the stack of photosynthetic membranes . It regulated the distribution of excitation energy between Photosystem II ( PSII ) and Photosystcm I (PSI). It raised PSII activity and the efficiency of primary conversion of light energy and the electron transport rate in the chloroplasts. At the same time , it promoted photosynthetic carbon metabolism and so on .
