摘要
教育在全面建设小康社会的进程中“具有基础性、先导性、全局性的作用和地位”。教育所具有的特殊地位和作用主要表现在四个方面 :教育是实施科教兴国战略的基础 ;是落实可持续发展的需要与保障 ;是实现人的全面发展的根本途径 ;是全面建设小康社会的关键所在。
Education functions basically,guidedly and as well as overally in constructing the well off society.Its special functions and position have been mainly reflected in four aspects:It is the foundation of the strategy of revitalizing China through science,technology and education;the absolute necessity of implementing sustainable development;the essential way of the development of human beings and the key factor in constructing well off society.
