摘要
对4只成年麝鼠皮肤组织学结构进行了研究。发现体部针毛和绒毛呈簇分布,毛囊为复合性,皮脂腺多沿毛囊群上部周围分布,真皮下方紧贴一层皮肌,在观察的切片内未见汗腺分布。尾覆鳞片,真皮较薄。足垫部表皮和真皮明显增厚。
The histological structure of the skin were investigated in 4 adult ondatra zibethica by means of paraffin wax section, HE and Weigert elastic fibers methed.The primary and secondary hairs are arranged in groups.The hair follicles glands are located mainly around the cluster of hair follicles which were close to the skin surface.A stratum of musculus cutaneous is linked closely to the depth of dermis, and there is no tubular gland in body skin.On the tail, there are soem scales, its dermis is thinner.On the foodpads, several taper bulges are distributed, and both their epidermis and dermis are distinctly thicker. In the article, the histological characteristics of Ondatra zibthica skin are discussed with some other references.
