摘要
探讨典型的阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)在水基中交联聚乙烯醇(PVA)反应的影响。利用该交联反应所形成的粘胶体系胶膜的水不溶性和压缩剪切强度检测结果来判断反应的交联程度。采用正交实验法,研究十二烷基硫酸钠的加入量、TDI的加入量、催化剂-D的加入量,以及交联反应的温度等因素对该交联反应程度的影响。
In this work the influence of sodium dodecyl sulfate on the cross-linking reaction of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) was studied. The degree of the reaction was examined by the water-resistance and the compressive shear strength of the final reaction products. The influences of the amounts of regents for example sodium dodecyl sulfate, TDI, catalyst D used in the reaction and the reaction temperature upon the degree of the curing reaction were also discussed with the orthogonal matrix experimental method.
