摘要
本文主要介绍了油气上游战略研究背景,研究的基本内容,并从战略思想、基本原则、目标与任务以及技术特点等方面讨论了该课题研究的总体思路。
As the most important part of the energy resources strategy, the strategy of the petroleum industries are also one of the core tasks in making the state's strategy. Based on former researches, the Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC carries out a research project of 'Research on the Development Strategy of the Chinese Petroleum Industries' . This paper mainly introduces the academic background and basic contents of the project, and discusses the general research plan from several aspects such as the strategic thoughts, the fundamental principles, research goals and the general frame for this study.
