摘要
通过对高校软式排球选项课的试点,阐述了软式排球在内容、方法上不同于硬式排球的教学特点,并从实践中获得的良好教学效果说明软式排球在高校普及的有利性。
Through the experiment trying in the selective course of volleyball, this paper states the difference between soft- volleyball and hard- volleyball in their contents and characteristics. With the better teaching effects, it also emphasizes the necessity of applying and popularizing in colleyes soft- volleyball.
