摘要
自1990年5月至1991年10月,我院开展电化学治疗良恶性肿瘤200例,包括18个病种,269人次。疗效结果:Ⅰ级(CR)肿瘤消失61例,占30.5％;Ⅱ级(PR)肿瘤缩小50％以上78例,占39％;Ⅲ级(MR)肿瘤缩小不足50％48例,占24％;Ⅳ级(P)肿瘤无改变13例,占6.5%。临床复发浅表恶性肿瘤及转移性淋巴结等,在手术、放疗、化疗均无效情况下,均可采用此法,起到止痛、缓解症状、延长生命、乃至治疗的效果。为一种简单、方便、安全、有效的治疗手段。
From May 1990 through Oct. 1991,electrochemotherapy was given by our institution to 200 cases of both benign and malignant tumours involving 18 kinds of diseases and 269 Person-times. Statistically, the curative effects were as follows: Grade Ⅰ (CR) referred to the disappearance of the tumour which accounted for 61 cases (30.5%). Grade Ⅱ(PR) referred to an over 50% dwindling of the lesion which made up 78 cases(39%). Grade Ⅲ (MR) referred to an under 50% shrinkage of the tumor which accounted for 48 cases (24%). Grade IV(P) denoted no change in the lesion which amounted to 13 cases(6. 5%). This therapeutic modality is suitable for all recurrent superficial malignancies and metastatic lymph nodes as well as others seen clinically when surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy were all found to no avail. This method can play the role in stopping the pain.relieving the symptoms,prolonging the life-span and even extending the duration of the curative effect. Thus,it constitutes a modality highlighted by simplicity, convenience,safety and effectiveness.
