摘要
近代安徽水灾频繁发生 ,具有连续发生水灾的次数较多、明显的季节性和很强的地域性、群发性和继起性等特点。水灾的发生有着极其复杂的自然原因和极其深刻的社会原因 。
In modern time, the flood disasters frequently happened in Anhui seasonally, locally, on a large scale and continuously. The flood disasters resulted from both natural and social reasons, which has a profound influence on the social production of Anhui in modern times.
