摘要
文学课是英语专业的专业课程之一.本文拟就国内外学者对于文学课程教学的相关研究进行概述,同时结合学生问卷调查的结果,就英美文学教材的选编问题进行一些探讨.根据问卷调查,我们发现,学习者倾向于采用英语国家和非英语国家的文学作品,同时,更希望多接触一些现代作品.除此以外,他们愿意阅读未经删改的文学原作或节选作品.他们在表达了学习传统的文学性作品的同时显示出对非文学性作品的极大兴趣.根据分析结果,我们可以得到一些启发:第一,在文学教材的选材上,应该尽量覆盖不同文体风格、不同文学体裁、不同时代的文学作品.其二,提供学生阅读欣赏的文学作品应该是原作,包括未经删节的和节选这篇章.
This article takes the materials for the English literature course as the subject for discussion. A survey on the college students has been done in order to find statistic support for the arguments illustrated here. The array of the viewpoints runs as follows: a survey on the study of materials for the teaching of literature in English done by researchers abroad and at home as well; a discussion of views held by the learners with the statistic data based on the questionnaire and the implications for the compiling and selecting of materials for the literature courses.
