摘要
通过对我国社会保险各保险项目,即养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险、生育保险以及社会保险基金管理的法制建设现状的论述,分析当前社会保险法制建设存在的问题,并对当前促进社会保险法制建设亟待开展的工作提出建议。
Based on discussing the present situation in the legal system of social insurance in China,including the endowment insurance, hospitalization insurance, unemployment benefit, insurance of injury suffered on the job, insurance of bearing and the insurance funds management,this paper points out the existing problems through the analysis of the circumstance, and provides some suggestion on the needed work carried for the development of legal system.
