摘要
早日把重庆建设成为长江上游的经济中心,必须解放思想,用新的超常规发展思路。本文从重庆面临的机遇、投资环境、技术跨越、体制创新、培育优势产业几方面进行思考和分析,阐述重庆经济实现跨越式发展的对策。
In order to construct Chongqing the economic center in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River as soon as possible, it must emancipate the mind and adapt the new development thought From the aspects of the opportunities, investment environment, technical spanning, system innovation and advantage industries cultivation, this paper expounds the countermeasures of realizing the spanning development in Chongqing.
