摘要
目的 :分离鉴定苦荞麦种子化学成分。方法 :80 %乙醇提取 ,聚酰胺及硅胶柱色谱分离 ;UV ,IR ,NMR ,MS确定其结构。结果与结论 :分离得到 4个化合物 ,分别鉴定为芦丁、槲皮素、山柰酚、山柰酚 -3 -0芸香糖苷。
Objective:To isolate and elucidate the chemical constituents of the seeds of Fagopyrum tataricum Gaertn. Method:The constituents were extracted by 80% ethanol and isolated by chromotograph on silicagel and polyester. The structures were determined by UV,IR, 1HNMR, 13 CNMR and MS spectra. Results:For compound were elucidated as rutin,quercetin,kaempferol,nicotflorin. Conclusion:Nicotflorin as the diagnostic constituent for Fagopyrum tataricum Gaertn.
