摘要
中国水利在过去二十多年信息化过程中积累了许多宝贵的经验。当今计算机、通信、网络等高新技术的发展为实现中国的“数字水利”提供了坚实的技术基础和前所未有的发展机会。鉴此,论文提出了一整套水利信息化进程中的解决方案。
During the past twenty years, there were some problems in the informanization of China water conservancy, at the same time; we have got more valuable experience.
