摘要
目的 探讨开胸手术后呼吸道管理中肺部听诊的必要性。方法 分析 2 88例手术术后肺部听诊及时发现患者并发症的临床资料和护理方法。结果 3 62例手术患者中出现并发症的 2 88例经积极治疗、认真护理后均好转。结论 开胸术后呼吸道管理中肺部听诊可早观察、早发现术后感染和并发症 ,有助于预见性、针对性护理和观察护理措施效果 ,减少术后并发症的发生率 ,值得推广。
AIM\ Explore the necessity of lung auscultation in nursing the respiratory tract after thoracotomy. METHODS Analyzing the clinical data and nursing ways of two hundred and eighty eight cases, in which complications are examined soon after operations by use of lung auscultation. RESULTS Among three hundred and sixty two cases, complications are found in two hundred and eighty eight ones. They are all restored to health under the active treatment and careful nursing. CONCLUSIONS Lung auscultation in nursing the respiratory tract after thoracotomy makes it possible to examine and find earlier the inflammation and complications after operation. It is also helpful to carry out effective nursing in advance and check the effect of nursing measures. As a result, the rate of complications will be reduced. Therefore, lung ausculation is worthy to be popularized.
