摘要
目的 提高呋喃西林溶液 (低温储藏期 )的稳定性。方法 对原处方和制备工艺加以改进 ,并通过留样观察法进行了稳定性试验及含量测定。结果 改进后的处方提高了制剂的质量。结论 本方法方便实用 。
AIM To improve the stability of furacilin solution especially in low temperature. METHODS To modify the original prescription and preparation technics and study the quality control by stability test and assay. RESULTS The satisfactroy results was obtained with the modified prescription and the quality was improved. CONCLUTION The method was convenient and solved the clinical use problem pratically.
