摘要
目的 建立局部植入给药的药物浓度时空方程。方法 将局部药物浓度时空方程构建为空间分布函数和时间分布函数(药物浓度经时方程 )的积函数。并以加权平均及多元分析的数学手段予以证明及推导。结果 四维时空的局部植入给药的药物浓度时空方程的通式为 :C(t,X ,Y ,Z) =F(X ,Y ,Z) .C(t) ,F(X ,Y ,Z) =B0 +B1X +B2 Y +B3Z +B4r3+B5r2 +B6 r,C(t) =A1e-Kat+A2 e-Ket+A3e-Krt。两维变量的简化的药物浓度时空方程为 :C(t,ρ) =F(ρ) .C(t)F(ρ) =D0 +D1ρ +D2 ρ2 +D3ρ3,C(t)同上。结论 推导基本合理 ,并在初步的动物试验探索中得以验证。理论有较好科研价值 。
AIM To set up the local plasma drug concentration space time equation of the local embedding. METHODS To set up the local plasma drug concentration space time equation with the product of plasma drug concentration time and concentration space position function. Then to prove or understand with mathematical methods of weighted mean and multivariate analysis. RESULTS The general format of local plasma drug concentration equation in the fourth dimension:C(t, X,Y,Z )=F( X,Y,Z ).C(t), F( X,Y,Z ) = B 0+B 1X+B 2Y+B 3Z+B 4r 3+B 5r 2+B 6r, r =(X 2+Y 2+Z 2) 1/2 , C(t)=A 1e -Kat +A 2e -Ket +A 3e -Krt .The simplifying local plasma drug concentration space time equation in two dimension:C(t,ρ)=F(ρ).C(t) F(ρ)=D 0+D 1ρ+D 2ρ 2+D 3ρ 3,C(t) is ditto. CONCLUSIONS The deduction was rational and proved in the animal's elementary experimentation. The theory was value of scientific research and redound to reveal the rule of local pharmacokinetics.
