摘要
论述了研究开发便携式铁路信号微机监测仪的必要性、系统形式、目标、主要技术指标及功能.并针对监测仪的硬件组成、特点和系统软件的结构、特点及实现方法进行了论证.
The necessity, system form, aim, major technical indexes and performance of the protable microcomputer monitor on railway signalling are expounded. And the hardware subassembly, charateristics, the system software configuration, charateristics as well as the realization are also illustrated.
