摘要
介绍了一台燃煤化工釜槽加热炉采用往复炉排、炉体优化和主烟道降尘等技术措施后取得显著节能、环保达标和经济效果良好的设计实例。
In this paper a successful re forming-design project on vessel-heater for chemical process with coal as fuel are put forward.In the project,a kind of push-and-pull combustion b ed,optimizing measures on furnace structrue and main exhaust chamber for dust sinking are put use,and a series evident effects on energy-saving,on envir onment-protecting and on economizing have been achieved.
