自清代以来,徐渭绘画之所以为世人所重,除了其画作具有高超的技巧和艺术水平外,还在于其绘画闪耀着一种人文精神.人文精神是贯穿于徐渭绘画的一条主线,是它的生命和灵魂.徐渭绘画的人文精神,是通过'不求形似求生韵'的审美追求,'横涂纵抹'的笔墨运用比兴拟人的表现手法显现出来的.
This paper holds that brilliant humanism lies in Xu Wei's paintings in addition to his superb skills and aesthetic standards. Humanism, which is the mainline running through his paintings, is the soul and life of his paintings grounded on his aesthetic ideology of 'weighing much on vitality and taste', his unique technique of 'free strokes', and his artistic expression of figuration and personification.
