摘要
自1985年1月～1991年12月采用18种116块皮辦为108例手部急诊创伤并软组织缺损的病人进行了修复。皮辦移植最大面积为28cm×16cm,最小面积为2.5cm×1.3cm;皮瓣移植修复创面后成活114块,失活2块;成功率为98.2%。较好地恢复和重建了手的外形和功能。文中详细讨论了皮辦移植的选择及急诊下彻底清创的重要性。皮辦移植的优点及注意事项。
During the period of Jan, 1985～Dec, 1991, 116 pieces of skin flap of 18 different kinds were used to repair the emergency hand wounds and injured or incomplete soft tissues of 108 patients. The largasf area of the skin flap graft was 180cm×16cm, while the smallest was 2.5cm×1.5cm. As a result, 114 out of the total 116 pieces succeeed, with the satisfactory restoration of the normal shape and the functions of the hands. The choice of the skin flap graft, the importance of thorough debridement of wounds and the advantages and the points for attention of the skin flap graft are discussed in detil here in the article.
