摘要
日本明治初期,为了培养小学教师建立了师范教育制度,随后又根据国家发展的需要,制定了一系列有关师范教育的法律和政策。二战后,本科学历小学教师的培养为其普及基础教育、提高国民学力、促进经济发展提供了有效的保障。
During the initial period of Mingzhi,Japan established the teacher-training system to edu-cate elementary school teachers.Soon afterwards,a series of laws and policies concerning teachers train-ing were made to meet the demands of national development.Since World War II,the practice of train-ing elementary school teachers with a bachelor degree has done well in popularizing elementary educa-tion,raising national educational level,and promoting economic development.
