摘要
研究了单一和复合抗氧化剂对再生铝镁碳砖抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明,添加2%Si+1%SiC+1%Al三种复合抗氧化剂,其抗氧化效果最佳;同时运用X射线粉末衍射法和扫描电子显微镜分析手段探讨了金属Si、SiC和金属Al在再生铝镁碳砖中的抗氧化行为。
The paper studies the effects of single and multiform additives on the oxidation resistance of regenerate Al2O3MgOC bricks.It is found that the addition of three multiform antioxidants (2%Si+1%SiC+1%Al) brings about most optimal result.By means of Xray and stereoscan,the oxidation resistance of Si,SiC and Al in regenerate Al2O3MgOC bricks has been investigated
