稀土在激光熔覆金属陶瓷复合层中的行为 被引量:11

Effects of RE on Ni-based Metal-ceramic Coatings by Laser Cladding

摘要 采用CO2横流激光器在低碳钢基体表面熔覆含稀土氧化物La2O3的镍基TiC金属陶瓷复合层;研究了不同含量的La2O3对激光熔覆镍基金属陶瓷复合层组织及性能的影响。结果表明,加入适量的稀土氧化物La2O3,可有效地改善激光熔覆复合层的显微组织,减少复合层中的裂纹、孔洞、夹杂;加速复合层中TiC颗粒的溶解和改善TiC颗粒的形状变化,且使熔覆复合层的耐磨性和耐蚀性明显提高。 The Nibased metalceramic coatings on the surface of mild steel are clad by a great power CO2 laser. The effects of rareearth oxide La2O3 and CeO2 on the microstructure and properties of Nibased metalceramic coatings are investigated. The results show that the microstructure and properties of clad coatings with rareearth oxide have been bettered and are superior to those without rareearth oxideThe crackles, holes and entrapment in the coatings have been reduced and TiC particles are more slippy. The wearresistance and anticorrosion of clad coatings with rareearth oxide have witnessed a significant increase
