摘要
调查发现 ,扩招后硕士研究生的培养 ,整体上处于有质量保障的理性发展状态 ,但在专业设置、硬件设施、导师水平、论文评阅与答辩等环节上均存在一定的问题。针对发现的问题 ,必须采取相应的改进对策 ,如继续把好“进口”关、实行全体收费制、完善双向选择机制、调整专业结构。
Graduate students cultivation is in rational development with its quality guaranteed, while problems are found in its discipline establishment, teaching facilities, tutor's instruction, thesis appraisal and defenses and so on. In order to solve the problems, several countermeasures need to be taken: guarding the pass for matriculation, putting into practice of charging all graduates for tuition, improving the system of bidirectional choosing between students and teachers, adjusting the discipline structures, maximizing anonymous thesis judgment and setting up the quality guarantee system of professors responsible in thesis defenses.
