摘要
高等教育规模的扩大为体育院系的发展提供了新的机遇 ,但同时也带来了挑战。如何给自身准确地定位、抓好市场经济条件下的教育经费管理、提高办学质量和水平 ,将是众多体育院系在高等教育“大众化”过程中要面对的新课题。只有在解决这些问题的基础上 ,才能确保体育院系的持续健康发展。
Enlarged enrollment in universities and colleges has offered an opportunity for development and new challenges as well. Many P.E. departments and institutes are confronted with new problems such as the proper position of P.E. in higher education, the management of education funds, and the improvement of quality in instruction, etc. Only by solving these problems can a smooth and healthy development of P.E. departments and institutes be ensured.
