摘要
用改良的Elleman实验方法研究了氯丙嗪(Chlorpromazine,Chlor)对大鼠胆碱酯酶(Cholinesterase,CHE)的体外作用。结果显示:氯丙嗪抑制大鼠血浆、红细胞、纹状体和隔肌胆碱酯酶,此作用随浓度的升高而增强。也证实了氯丙嗪是纹状体CHE的可逆性抑制剂。并探讨了氯丙嗪在有机磷中毒治疗中的作用机制。
Effects of chlorpromazine (Chlor) on rat cholinesterase (CHE) in vitro were determined with the improved—method of Elleman. The results confirmed that Chlor inhibits rat plasma, red cells, the corpus striatum and diaphragm CHE, that the higher their concentration, the stronger the CHE inhibition. and that Chlor is a reversible inhibitor to striatum CHE. The mechanism of Chlor used in the treatment of organic phosphate poisoning was discussed.
