摘要
欧洲结构设计规范(Eurocode)由CFN/TC250编写。在欧洲,一旦考虑稳定性和抗火性能,欧洲规范将作为结构设计唯一的依据。CEN TC 250共有9个下属委员会,各自负责一个专项,它们是SC1:结构荷载;SC2:混凝土结构;SC3:钢结构;SC4:组合结构;SC5:木结构;SC6:石结构;SC7:地质;SC8:抗震;SC9:铝结构。对于火灾安全,规范中有结构设计的专项:EC1中包含火灾荷载问题,EC2、3、4、5、6和9包括受热条件和结构力学反应的部分。在EC1中,描述了结构的热反应(名义火,自然火,高级火模型)和结构荷载(施加荷载)。其它与结构材料相关的抗火部分中,有如下章节:概述,基本原则,材料特性,评估方法,构造细节,附录。
Structural Eurocodes,developed by the CEN Technical Committee n°250, are planned to become the only way in Europe to design buildings and civil works as far as their stability and fire resistance are concerned. Within the CEN TC 250 , there are 9 subcommittees having in charge a specific topic: SC1: Actions on Structures; SC1: Concrete Structures;SC3: Steel Structures; SC4: Composite Structures (steel + concrete); SC5: Timber Structures; SC6: Masonry; SC7: Geotechnical; SC8: Earthquake resistance; SC9: Aluminum Structures. As regards fire safety,some of these Eurocodes have a specific part on structural design:ECl for the actions in case of fire and EC2,3,4,5,6 and 9 for assessing the heating conditions and the mechanical behaviour of structures. Within the EC1 ,it is foreseen to describe thermal actions (nominal fires, parametric (natural) fires, advanced fire models) and mechanical actions (applied load). In the other fire parts, related to structural materials, a general layout was agreed, within the CEN TC 250 - Horizontal Group 'Fire', leading to the following chapters:General,Basic principles,Material properties,Assessment methods,Constructional details, Annexes.
