丁腈胶乳加氢凝胶的形成及抑制 被引量:2

Gel formation and inhibition in hydrogenation of NBR latex

摘要 以水合肼/过氧化氢/硼酸为氢化体系对丁腈胶乳进行加氢,用红外光谱对产物的微观结构进行了表征,研究了饱和丁腈橡胶(HNBR)中凝胶形成的原因。结果表明,过氧化氢是导致产物中生成凝胶的主要因素;通过加入对苯二酚,降低了加氢产物的凝胶质量分数,制得了氢化度为80%,凝胶质量分数为3.1%的HNBR。 Hydrogenation of NBR latex was carried out using hydrazine/hydrogen peroxide/boric acid system. Microstructure of HNBR was analyzed by IR spectrophotometer. The cause of gel formation in the hydrogenated product was studied. The mass fraction of gel in hydrogenated product was significantly reduced by adding hydroquinone. The hydrogenated NBR with the hydrogenation degree of 80% and the gel mass fraction of 3.1% was obtained.
