摘要
提出了一种基于形态特征的图像分割方法,主要采用形态特征对目标分类,结合目标数学形态分析犤1犦和局部区域二值化将目标准确地分割出来。该方法主要应用于目标图像背景复杂、目标灰度变化不均、传统方法分割不理想的情况。实验证明该方法具有很强的抗干扰能力,算法简单、速度快在实际应用中分割结果令人满意。
A new car license plate image segmentation method is proposed in this paper.The method makes better use of morphology character of the car plate and suitable for segmenting car license plate image collected from complex environment.Testing the method with images collected from complex environment shows that the method is not only simple,fast,but also robust.
