摘要
IT人才需求预测是一个复杂的非线性过程,在回归法和相关分析法失效的情况下,组合运用灰色系统方法和神经网络算法,克服了数据缺乏、影响因子非线性程度高的困难,精确地预测了珠三角IT人才的需求总量,并推算出未来合理的IT人才需求结构。
IT manpower need forecasting is an complex nonlinear process,both methods of relativity analysis and re-gression analysis are invalid in the process.Then when uses united methods of Gray-Neural Network to deal with this kind of problem,it achieves success.This hybrid theory can overcome difficulties of data lack and nonlinearity.Because of applying the method,it gets an accurate result of manpower need sum forecast and an reasonable proportion of vari-ety of IT manpower need.
