摘要
文章介绍了一种作者开发的基于MCS-51单片机的MS—2000型全自动穆斯堡尔谱仪的软件原理。该谱仪具有掉电时谱数据保护功能,上电自动恢复测谱功能,多样品的自动连续测谱功能,通用计算机遥控及数据通信功能。该谱仪有很高的自动化水平和数据处理能力。
The software of MS-2000full-automatic Mssbauer spectrometer based on MCS-51single-chip microcom-puter which is designed by the authors is described in this paper.This spectrometer can reserve the spectrum data in RAM when the electric power is cut ,and continue to acquire spectrum data automatically when the electric power comes back,and it can acquire spectra data of many specimens automatically and continuously.This spectrometer can communicate with general purpose computer and can be controlled by it also.This spectrometer is high automatic and has powerful data processing ability.
