摘要
小麦花药培养初期,可溶性蛋白有新带出现,过氧化物酶同工酶活性升高,酯酶同工酶和淀粉酶同工酶的活性均呈增强趋势.
In electrophoretograms. the number of bands in soluble protein increases, the activities of peroxidase isozymes and esterase isozymes and amylase tsozymes are raising at the intial stage of wheat anther cuiture.
